For women, I recommend opting for solid-colored dresses, preferably long and form-fitting, with the option of a leg split for added elegance. It's advisable to avoid dresses with loose sleeves that may fly up due to occasional windy conditions at the locations. Wear removable footwear.
For men, I suggest opting for solid-colored pants or shorts in formal shades like navy, black, or white. It's best to avoid khaki as it tends to blend with the sand. As for shirts, I recommend coordinating with your partner or family by choosing a collared short or long-sleeved shirt in complementary solid colors. However, do keep in mind that it can get hot, so you may want to consider breathable options or short sleeves for comfort. Wear removable footwear.
Water Loving Couples
I strongly advise you to bring a change of attire and a towel for our upcoming session. It is customary for us to engage in activities that may result in getting in the ocean and getting sandy, thereby achieving a more candid and intimate aesthetic. Personally, theses are my favorite shots.

2. Cancellation by Client:
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following policies apply:
* Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the photography session/event are eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
* Cancellations made within 29 days of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
* Note that your deposit can be used for future sessions if you are unable to make your scheduled session.
3. Weather Exception:
We understand that weather conditions are beyond anyone's control. In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms) that prevent the photography session/event from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.
4. Photographer Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Angelica Carol Photography is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement photographer. If this is not possible, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued to the client.
5. Rescheduling:
Clients may request to reschedule their photography session/event subject to availability.
6. Communication of Cancellation:
All cancellations must be communicated to Angelica Carol Photography in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
8. Changes to Policy:
Angelica Carol Photography reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect confirmed bookings made prior to the amendment.

3. Travel Itinerary:
Providing Details: Clients must provide detailed travel itineraries, including transportation schedules, accommodation information, and any relevant contact details, to ensure smooth coordination of the photography session/event.
4. Additional Fees:
Island Surcharge: A surcharge may apply for photography sessions/events on surrounding islands to account for additional travel time, logistics, and potential permit fees. This surcharge will be communicated to clients prior to booking confirmation.
